Wistara is an AI and data solutions company based in Florida, USA. If you have a question about this policy or your information, email info@wistara.ai.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:

  • your name, email address and phone number
  • your company name and size, if you give them
  • the service you're interested in and your message

This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking pixels. The site remembers one thing in your own browser, whether you've already seen the opening animation, and that never leaves your device.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you and arrange a call. We'll only phone you about your enquiry. We don't add you to a mailing list, we don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

  • Web3Forms delivers contact form messages to our inbox.
  • Our email provider stores the messages we send and receive.
  • Our website host may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
  • jsDelivr serves two animation libraries the site uses. Like any web server, it receives your IP address when your browser requests them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if we work together, to run that work. Ask us at any time and we'll delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@wistara.ai and we'll reply within one business day.

Client data in our projects

Data you share with us during a project is covered by our agreement with you, not by this website policy. We use it only for your project, and we never reuse it, share it or sell it.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.

Accessibility

We aim for this website to meet the WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standard. If anything here is hard to read or use, email us and we'll fix it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
