An assistant that knows your business, and keeps it to itself

We design, build and set up a private AI assistant for your business. It works like the AI tools your team already knows, but it answers from your own documents and data, and nothing leaves your business.

How we build it, step by step

We aim to have your team using it within a few weeks, depending on how many sources we connect.

  1. 01

    Connect

We connect the assistant to what your business already uses: documents, email, your customer or accounting system. Read-only to start, so nothing changes until you want it to.

  2. 02

    Choose where it runs

On a server you own, or inside your own Microsoft, Amazon or Google cloud account. Either way, your data stays with you and is never used to train anyone's AI.

  3. 03

    Build and test

We set it up to answer from your data and show where each answer came from, then test it with your team on real questions until it's right.

  4. 04

    Roll out

You decide who can see what. We train your team, and the assistant starts working alongside the tools you already use.

  5. 05

    Keep improving

We stay on for support and add new sources as you need them. You always own it, and you can run it without us.

Your documents, your data, your questions: none of it leaves your business

Where it runs is your choice

Both options keep your data in your hands. We never send it through public AI services.

On your premises

The AI runs on a server you own. Nothing ever leaves your building. The strongest option when the rule is "nothing goes to the cloud."

In your private cloud

The AI runs inside your own Microsoft, Amazon or Google cloud account, under your contract and in your region. Your data is never used to train anyone's AI.

What it looks like in your industry

Every business asks different questions. These are the kinds of questions a private assistant answers from your own records.

What's our process when a supplier delivery is late?

Policies, procedures, scheduling rules, supplier agreements

Legal

Which of our active engagements have deadlines this month?

Contracts, matter files, precedents, billing

Real estate and property management

Which leases expire in the next 90 days?

Leases, maintenance history, vendor contracts, tenant emails

Hospitality and tourism

What did guests complain about most in September?

Bookings, reviews, staff handbooks, supplier orders

Construction and manufacturing

What does the spec say about the load rating for this bracket?

Specifications, safety documents, supplier contracts, job records

Professional services

Pull everything we've proposed to clients in logistics.

Proposals, past work, time and billing, client correspondence

What you own

Your data

It never leaves your hands and is never used to train anyone's AI.

The system

We build it on your infrastructure, document it, and hand you the keys.

Who sees what

You decide who sees what. Finance sees finance, sales sees sales.

The choice to leave

No lock-in. You can keep running it without us at any point.
